Finishers???

I have a question about finishers and I think this is the only place I can ask it lol.

Once I create a finisher at say level 2 with an adrenaline of like 300 does that stay the same throughout my entire career? I know that as it levels I get to improve it but it doesnt seem like it goes up fast enough meaning I dont see it ever hitting mortal or legendary.

finishers are tricky and seem to always have problems but i came up with a trick. make a cheap one and it will go off 4 times a match and wait. it will lvl up when you reach the lvl you want delete the move and make a new one and use the left over lvl's to lvl it up to a nice one. but be smart finishers have alot to do with your stats and how the move is built.
